1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at [3:00 pm], and check-out time is at [12:00 noon]. Please inform the front desk if you need to make special arrangements.

2. For All-inclusive guests: Private Chefs will have to be booked 5 days in advance so you can enjoy a variety of options to start your day right.

3. Non-All-inclusive guests: Our on-site catalog of nearby recommended restaurants can be reached by calling one of our trusted local transportation partners. Explore a diverse menu of delicious dishes right at your doorstep.

4. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from [midnight] to [sunrise] to ensure a peaceful environment for all beach club residence. You can only have events at the property if it is hosted by our concierge.

5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas are [insert location].

6. Pets Policy: The beachclub has a strict no pet policy, pets are not allowed.  

7. Visitors Policy: No additional overnight guests. Visitors must register at the front desk for check-in and check-out.

8. Lost or Damaged Items: The beach club is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

9. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is available at an additional cost for non-all-inclusive guests. Please use the cell phone provided at the property to arrange for this service.

10. Towels and Linens: Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible.

11. Pool and Fitness Center: When completed, the amenities will be available to all guests. There is no horseplay in the outdoor Jacuzzi; the area is under surveillance, and it will incur an additional cleaning fee.

12. Parking: Complimentary parking is provided for up to two vehicles. No streetside parking

13. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Please obtain the password on arrival.

14. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, dial 119 from the cellphone provided at the property.

15. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.

16. Room Key Access: Do not share your access code with anyone not on your reservation.

17. Refund Policy: All reservations are final. In the case of death or medical emergency, we may be able to reschedule you for another day or time.

18. Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning units, and electronic devices when not in use.

19. Communication: A local Cell phone is available to all guests. Please sign out the device with the concierge. You are responsible for all lost and damaged devices. The device must be returned before checkout.

20. Property & Community Damages: Destruction of property and missing items (eg. linen, cookware, painting, and small appliances). will be itemized and charged back to the guest at checkout.
