19. Communication: A local Cell phone is available to all guests. Please sign out the device with the concierge. You are responsible for all lost and damaged devices. The device must be returned before checkout.
20. Property & Community Damages: Destruction of property and missing items (eg. linen, cookware, painting, and small appliances). will be itemized and charged back to the guest at checkout.
